We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.
Delivery Policy:
Orders are usually dispatched within four working days of payment.
Large original Work is sent via a specialist fine art courier service. Costs are approximately £42 UK / £60 EU (additional costs may apply for rest of world).
If shipping is less than that stated we will refund difference.
Works can be collected in person from CT21 subject to prior agreement, please contact us to arrange this.
Prior to shipping all goods are checked for any blemishes and faults.
All goods are shipped in secure, suitable packaging.
Any damage to goods in transit must be pictured and sent to us straight away, claims should be made via the courrier delivery services.
Refund / Return Policy:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery.
Return requests recieved outside of the stated return window will not be accepted.
Customers are responsbile for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Giftcards purchased online are FINAL and cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted if artwork is damaged or altered in any way after purchase.
