Delivery Information

Orders are normally dispatched within 4 to 6 working days of payment.

All our prints are sent in specially made unmarked heavy duty art tubes, via track and traceable Royal Mail delivery service –  either special delivery before 1 pm or Parcel force 24 hours signed for. Due to the high volume of sales we do not send tracking numbers or notify buyers when we have sent the items, but we can track and trace via Royal Mail if your item fails to turn up

Most framed items are sent Parcel Force 24 hr, larger framed statement pieces are sent via door to door. 

Large original works by Jim Moir are sent via a specialist fine art courier service. Delivery costs are approx. £42 UK / £60 Europe (additional costs may apply for rest of the world). If the shipping is less than that stated we will refund the difference.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage to overseas parcels during transit. All artwork is sent out in photographed condition.

Please check with your local post office depot before contacting about undelivered parcels.

Our printers, inks and paper offer the best giclee printing technology currently available. In particular, we use the latest Epson SureColor large format printers. Combined with museum grade digital fine art papers by Hahnemühle,  we print at up to 2880 dpi for the sharpest possible results with the richest colours.

FRAMED ARTWORK

Please note some pictures and paintings are sent in frames: these are often just travel frames and do not form part of the price for the painting. We cannot be responsible for any damage of frames during transit.

The Limited Edition Print sizes listed are an approximation and may vary slightly from print to print. We recommend that you receive your print and then take exact measurements before purchasing a mount and frame.
