Privacy Policy:

• We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Delivery Policy:

• Orders are usually dispatched within four working days of payment.
• Large original Work is sent via a specialist fine art courier service. Costs are approximately £42 UK / £60 EU (additional costs may apply for rest of world).
• If shipping is less than that stated we will refund difference.
• Works can be collected in person from CT21 subject to prior agreement, please contact us to arrange this.
• Prior to shipping all goods are checked for any blemishes and faults.
• All goods are shipped in secure, suitable packaging. 
• Any damage to goods in transit must be pictured and sent to us straight away, claims should be made via the courrier delivery services.

Refund / Return Policy:

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery.
• Return requests recieved outside of the stated return window will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsbile for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Giftcards purchased online are FINAL and cannot be returned.
• Returns will not be accepted if artwork is damaged or altered in any way after purchase.
