All our prints are sent in specially made unmarked heavy duty art tubes, via track and traceable Royal Mail delivery service – either special delivery before 1 pm or Parcel force 24 hours signed for. Due to the high volume of sales we do not send tracking numbers or notify buyers when we have sent the items, but we can track and trace via Royal Mail if your item fails to turn up
Most framed items are sent Parcel Force 24 hr, larger framed statement pieces are sent via door to door.
Large original works by Jim Moir are sent via a specialist fine art courier service. Delivery costs are approx. £42 UK / £60 Europe (additional costs may apply for rest of the world). If the shipping is less than that stated we will refund the difference.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to overseas parcels during transit. All artwork is sent out in photographed condition.
